MyAgeingParents

Helping you help your parents age well.

You may not be able to be there every day. But you can be there in the ways that matter.

My Ageing Parents is for adult children whose parents live in India, whether you are in Bengaluru or Boston. Distance changes what “helping” looks like. You cannot fix a loose stair rail over a video call. But you can make sure it gets fixed, that the right appointments happen, and that someone nearby knows how to reach you.

Preparation is an act of love.

It rarely announces itself. It looks like knowing which hospital to call at 2am, or having asked, calmly, before it mattered, what your father would want if he couldn’t manage alone for a while. It is not dramatic. It is a hundred small, ordinary things, done a little before they were needed.

We believe ageing is not a problem to be managed. It is simply what happens next, to people who spent decades preparing you for your life. This is the other direction of that care.

Who it is for

Adults with a parent, or parents, ageing in India — living close by, or a flight and a time zone away. People who love their parents, who are not waiting for a crisis to start paying attention, and who do not have hours a week to research any of this.

What we believe

That clarity is kinder than worry. That a parent’s independence and dignity are never up for negotiation. That good preparation is specific, not vague, and that it respects the person it is about, not just the person doing the preparing.

What we don’t do

We do not diagnose conditions or give medical advice. We do not give personalised financial or investment advice. We do not invent products, prices or statistics, and we never present invented people as genuine customers.
